仪器概况

全自动跨膜电阻仪是一个可以进行自动采样自动测量高通量24孔板和96孔板中微孔滤板上融合生长的跨上皮细胞膜、跨内皮细胞膜、大肠癌Caco-2细胞膜电阻值的设备。

全自动跨膜电阻仪主要由在微板上孔间移动的机械臂、放置于机械普上的高通量电极、高通量微孔板托盘、数据釆集卡、REMS接口和电脑操作软件等组成。

 

 

仪器特征

1、电脑控制的高通量用于单层上皮细胞TEER测量:

2、电脑控制电极的位移和定位;

3、可以提供用于不同孔板的特定电极;

4、具有两个用户定义的电极清洗位点;

5、用户自定义板的配置文件和测量样本的顺序:

6、操作简单、精准、灵活,可重复性好,减少人为 操作误差,防止污染:
